Mumbai-Virar: A national Yongmudo referee training and examination was held with great enthusiasm on June 27 and 28 at Arnala-Virar in Palghar district. Yongmudo athletes and representatives from various districts across Maharashtra attended this significant training session in large numbers.

The examination was organized and conducted under the guidance and presence of Rohit Narkar, President of the Indian Yongmudo Association, and Basha Sir, the Competition Superintendent. On this occasion, Baburao Khandare, President of the Maharashtra Yongmudo Association, and Secretary Nagesh Shettikar provided guidance to the attendees regarding technical rules.

Representatives from various districts of the state successfully took the national referee examination. The successful candidates included officials such as Paresh Raut (Palghar District Secretary), Anant Sonule (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar), Khandu Chavan (Nanded), Arun Deepke (Hingoli), Vivek Miskin (Solapur), Mahesh Singh (Mumbai), Rishikesh Mudkalkar (Parbhani), Ramesh Bhadange (Nashik), Pravin Rao (Jalgaon), and Shubhangi Rawat (Amravati).

The selection of these new referees will significantly boost the technical framework and organization of Yongmudo competitions in Maharashtra, and the successful candidates are receiving congratulations from the sports community.
