Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Two athletes from the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District Taekwondo Association have achieved remarkable success in the prestigious India Taekwondo and Kukkiwon Black Belt examination recently held in Pune.

Rudra Pande and Arpit Yadav successfully passed the examination and earned the 'Black Belt' honor. Notably, Rudra Pande is a Para-Taekwondo athlete; at just 15 years of age, he has become the youngest Para-Taekwondo athlete in Maharashtra to achieve this distinction.

Both athletes attained this success through hard work and disciplined practice. They received valuable technical guidance from coaches Dr. Prasad Kulkarni and Sanket Vyavahare.

Office bearers of the District Taekwondo Association-including President Pratibha Sanap, Secretary Dr. Prasad Kulkarni, Dr. Ratnadeep Deshmukh, Rajesh Satonkar, and Narayan Bhalerao-commended both athletes for this historic achievement. The officials reiterated the association's commitment to taking the district's athletes to the national level. This achievement by Rudra and Arpit has created an atmosphere of joy in the sports community of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and will serve as a great source of inspiration for budding athletes.
